My playstation broke down a few weeks ago, becoming completely inoperable and I randomly found your service on the net. I must admit that I was a little apprehensive sending my £450 machine off in a little box to a company I had never heard of before. I just wanted to feedback, having spoken to your staff (Nicky I believe) she completely put me at ease and established in my mind that how professional your company is and made me feel comfortable about sending my machine away. When it returned, it now works perfectly and it came back ahead of time which was a lovely surprise. Hi,
You just repaired my PS3 (blueray laser issue) 333garfield was the ref.
When I played a game for the first time, it immediately restarted the
playstation but since then it seems to be working fine.
I will play a little more over hte next week and see if it continuously
resets or if this is a one off. If the issue is fixed then I would like to
thank you for an excellent service. The pickup was the day after I paid, the
repair was made within a few days and the courier dropped it back straight
away! So, assuming there's no further problems, I'd just like to say thanks.
